Policy

NNCC advocates for nurse-led health care to improve access to care for vulnerable populations and eliminate health disparities. Our policy team encourages reforms at the state and national levels that help NMHCs provide care effectively to patients. In addition, NNCC works with insurers, policymakers, and business leaders to improve reimbursement for primary care services provided by nurse practitioners and create sustainable funding streams for our member clinics.
