Full Membership is available to:
Primary Care Nurse-managed Health Clinics

Provide comprehensive primary care services that are community- and family-based.

Have the capacity for referral to secondary, tertiary, and behavioral health services.

Incorporate the concepts of public health nursing to broaden the scope of health care services, including health promotion and disease prevention.
Health and Wellness Promotion/Disease Prevention Nursing Clinics

Provide expertise in meeting the outreach and service needs of people at risk for poor health outcomes.

Promote and enhance access to health care services and community-based support services that will increase and maintain participation in primary care.

Educate the community about health and wellness issues.
Associate Membership is available to:
Professional nursing organizations, health care organizations, businesses, government agencies, and individuals with a shared interest in and commitment to the establishment and long-term sustainability of nurse-managed healthcare.
Corporate and Nonprofit Corporate Membership:
Corporate and nonprofit corporate members must have a shared interest in and commitment to nurse-managed health clinics. A potential corporate and nonprofit corporate member must complete a membership application and indicate nonprofit corporate membership status. The Executive Director or designee will review the application, conduct site visits when needed, and present application to the Board of Directors for final approval. Corporate and nonprofit corporate members cannot vote, be members of the Board of Directors unless they are selected as an ex-officio member by the current Board of Directors.
